What started out as wanting to better myself became a lifestyle. I saw the progress, the gains and wanted more. I feel awesome now and want to help others. I want to motivate others to be healthy. The Fitness community is king & life is good!!
Planning your meals ahead is so helpful. Knowing your daily calorie intake requirements or your (BMR) Basil Metabolic Rate will tell you how much do you need to eat to Lose, Maintain or Gain your weight. Knowing this is key for me and has provided me my results
How many days a week have you planned to workout? Do you have your routine written out? There are a so many apps available that you can choose from. I have my routines laid out for the week (including cardio days). Losing weight depends on calorie deficit and how bad you want it!!
I've always been into fitness, making gains and living life to the fullest. Helping others reach their goals. I'm not a trainer, I'm just a guy....who likes to lift heavy things...and when they start to get light....I look for heavier ones to lift 😁
